A little disclaimer
Any issues with a product can be emailed to me directly at LillsLeisureWear@outlook.com.
A garment with tears, loose stitching or discolorations are uncommon, however should your order have any flaws or imperfections, feel free to get into contact.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued for any wonky or damaged goods, provided there is appropriate proof of inconsistency. This could mean we ask for Pictures of the damaged item to be sent or for the parcel to be returned to us.
Please note refunds will not be issued in the case of a customer simply changing their minds on a colour or design preference as items are made on demand.
Timeframe
Please note this brand is run by me alone. I work full time to earn income whilst also building this business.
But I do not believe in automated or computer generated chats that send you around in frustrating loops and circles.
I aim to have any inquires or complaints responded to within 48 hours.
